I don’t want to be bashful anymore. This is one person that has done so much for my family and me that I have no reason to be shy.

In 2007 HIV/AIDS had killed 1.6 million people in Africa. Approximately 550,000 people where killed by Tuberculosis (TB) and mostly children about 1 million of them die from Malaria each year. This Global Pandemic unfortunately has the greatest affect on the poorest of the poor, and Africa by far the hardest hit.
Organic can best be defined as all natural. In other words, stay away from corporations and Walmart. To a lot of people, it is a strange concept to grasp that products can be free from chemicals and words you cannot say. By definition, organic is a product that is derived from a living organism. Organic products are not only healthy for you but they are also good for the environment. The simplicity of these natural products cut back on excess usage of resources and bi-products. Ultimately, it does not require as much energy to move the product to the consumers.
When shopping it is always fun to look at the labels and see what ingredients you know. Lately, it seems that I know less and less about what is going into my food. Much of the foods in supermarkets are subject to chemicals and pesticides. A lot of these chemicals do not have long term results and that scares me. This article will exam the difference between inorganic and organics meats.
Environmental science technology has come a long way since the Rachel Carson’s 1962 book Silent Spring. Credited as being one of the first reformers of environment science, Carson did not lay her concerns with the polar ice-caps melting or the core temperature of the earth rising; but rather the effects that DDT had on the ecosystem. Her book raised concern and solved a major problem. While the problem only threatened individuals on the community level, it became the number one concern for many.
