Organic can best be defined as all natural. In other words, stay away from corporations and Walmart. To a lot of people, it is a strange concept to grasp that products can be free from chemicals and words you cannot say. By definition, organic is a product that is derived from a living organism. Organic products are not only healthy for you but they are also good for the environment. The simplicity of these natural products cut back on excess usage of resources and bi-products. Ultimately, it does not require as much energy to move the product to the consumers.

When shopping it is always fun to look at the labels and see what ingredients you know. Lately, it seems that I know less and less about what is going into my food. Much of the foods in supermarkets are subject to chemicals and pesticides. A lot of these chemicals do not have long term results and that scares me.
