Global warming is the steady influx of air and water (or ocean) temperatures on the planet earth. Global warming has been steadily tracked for years and has been argued by experts and non-experts alike. The definition of global warming and it’s legitimacy has been discussed at length for quite some time.
Studies show, however, that global warming has, in fact, been steadily at work for hundreds of years at least, but the trend has more rapidly and more steadily increased since the beginning of the industrial age. Those who believe in global warming and have no qualms about the definition of global warming believe that the industrial age, added to the import and export of goods, greater commutes and larger houses have all played a role in how quickly global warming is now underway.
Many scientists agree that there is no such thing as global warming. The earth is not going to blow up and it is naturally going to steadily increase in temperature as our beautiful planet will eventually hurl itself into the sun. This is an inevitable to the naysayer’s of global warming as the fact that people get old and die. They don’t thing that global warming is real and they argue that the climate of the Earth is cyclical. Our planet’s climate changes are not caused from global warming. In fact, the doubters say, they don’t even agree with the definition of global warming if they can help it.
Many other scientists, however, believe very firmly in global warming. They use the definition of global warming to consistently warn of potential dangers of global warming and are working to educate people about how they can stop this from happening. There is, these experts say, a hole in the o-zone layer and it needs to be allowed to seal itself back up. The only way that this will happen, they say, is to reverse the effects of global warming.
The causes of global warming are primarily too much carbon dioxide in the environment. The influx of vehicles, factories and the shipping trade in such a short amount of time have caused more greenhouse gasses than the trees on the planets can keep up with. Combine that with the industrialization efforts of the countries that contain most of the planet’s rainforests and we’re stepping back instead of moving forward in the fight against global warming.
Perhaps the people of our planet should stop arguing over the definition of global warming and start realizing that it is real. If every town in every state in every country enacted things as simple as stricter emissions testing on vehicles and mandatory recycling we could more quickly make a difference in the future of our planet and begin seeing a stop in global warming.
