I was always one of those weird kids that actually LIKED to eat vegetables. My mom would make me salads to eat that were much bigger than my main meal. Eventually she discovered that I liked green beans the most. Ever since then I've been eating green beans in almost everything I can.
Sometimes I'll eat them simply fried in a bit of garlic and olive oil and that's enough. I've been growing my own green beans for the last year to ensure that I have a lot of REALLY fresh green beans. I'm loving it so far, so if anyone wants any tips on growing them, feel free to ask away!

Hi greenie, I've been growing tomatoes in a little flowerpot on my balcony. It only gives me little tiny ones, but it's still nice to have once in a while to top a salad or something.
Got any tips for growing green beans in a pot? I don't have much space.

I love growing my own tomatoes too, fortunately I have a gigantic yard that I can experiment in. When the weather gets warmer, I'm going to try some new ones, this time I want to go for some small yellow beefsteak tomatoes. So far I've only grown red ones, so I'm excited!
