Hi everyone,

Since this place still looks relatively new, I wanted to start a thread that will get everyone briefly acquainted with each other. Here is my introduction:

My name is Chuck, I'm a 26 year old man from Delaware, USA. I've recently become very interested in growing my own vegetables, so I'll probably be posting in the Organic section a lot.

Hi all!

My name is Janice and I'm a 23 year old art student living in New York. I'm a vegan and have been one for about 3 years now. I'm here to keep myself in line with my little effort to be greener this year.

Hello, I am a mom to two living in Hawaii. I live in a small townhouse and have been trying to grow vegetables in pots and a small raised garden bed, but haven't had much luck. I hope to find gardening tips and advice on composting as well.

My intro:

I'm a 30 year old woman from Canada. I'm here to talk about energy and the environment. I am looking for products to help enhance my living experience while not costing too much or hurting the environment. Unfortunately, a lot of the things I'm interested in don't have reviews yet, so I want to hang around here to hear what people have to say...

Hi all, I'd prefer not to say where exactly I live, so I'll just say USA. I'm a 35 year old woman, proud vegetable gardener and mom to three loving dogs.

Hello. I'm a retired grandmother from Australia and am hoping to expand awareness about global warming. I have started by talking to my grandchildren about nature every time I see them.

cheerio, try to look at this as a learning experience, not as a project. If you come in with that attitude you'll probably take away a lot less than you could.

Hi everyone, I'm from Germany. I'm young, so won't reveal my age or much else except that I collect tote bags. It's getting to be a problem, so I've been giving some of my not-so-fave ones to friends here and there.
